The Center of Excellence is a modern high-tech apprentice program. We provide entry-level high school and college talent, with an aptitude for engineering, the training and mentorship they need to be successful. This program provides participating college students 4 to 5 years’ worth of experience before they have even graduated. It also provides high school students another option versus following the traditional 4-year collegiate path. Outsourcing work out of country has become almost standard practice in the industry these days. Well, at the Center of Excellence we wanted to provide a better, locally sourced, option to people in the engineering field.

We are meeting the need of engineering industry shortages and also offering a career path for future generations. We provide clients with a pipeline of engineering resources that they can integrate into their own quality services.
We have partnered with multiple schools throughout Indiana to help provide quality, real-life education not available anywhere else, while also building a pipeline of future engineering talent for Indiana companies.
We also work together with businesses who have a common goal and are interested in supporting the growth and education of our youth in the discipline of engineering.
